This was the convent's old main kitchen. The Clarisas were known to be confectionery experts so, they made bread and cookies to sold them into the city through a lathe. In this way, they raised money for their maintenance and subsistence within the convent
The nuns were in charge of making the wafers that were distributed in the different churches of the city. Inside the restaurant, there is another water well. As part of the decoration, on the walls, we can find different pieces of art made by Ana Mercedes Hoyos, a Colombian artist who was inspired by the costumes of the palenqueras.
